I’m writing this review 8 years later. Take what you will, believe or not but my reading came to pass in nuanced ways. I recently came across a journal entry that was written the day I saw Alex. I barely said two sentences and he laid out the cards and said “these are San Francisco cards…I see you there”. I didn’t tell him that I was considering a move there but he intuited, wow, 19 months later I sold everything and moved to SF then the rest of the cards followed suit. This was my first ever tarot reading and I’ve gone to others after that were good, but this was the most profound. It’s amazing how relevant this is years later!It was refreshing to have heard blunt honesty, humor in a no-nonsense way, and though I couldn’t fully understand at the time his guidance was exactly what I needed and other things he said reassured my qualms. I’m grateful to have had this experience.

Updated**Our first visit was disappointing: we both wanted Tarot readings, and while we had great conversations with Some strong insights, there was no Tarot involved. Cards shuffled, but none read or explored. That said, we spoke up about that and were given a chance to do a follow up reading. My Lovah had a follow up Tarot reading with Raymond, and had a truly powerful experience. He was very insightful, incredibly detailed, took time to go through several specific questions she had and really explore with her. It was a truly powerful first reading for her, and we really appreciate OTT taking the time and care to make sure we had a good experience!

Had a reading back in June with James. Nice person, easy to talk with, was confident in everything he said to me but none of what he said came to fruition. Nothing in August, Sept, Oct or by the end of the year. He was just wrong about everything as in nothing he said has even come close to happening. Nice people, easy to book and get in touch with but not accurate at all for me in his reading which is disappointing for I’ve heard great things about the shop. This reading was over the phone so maybe that was it? I don’t know but I would not recommend him for a reading.

This place is downright BS.First of all don’t buy the groupon because you will end up paying the same amount once you get there. They of course don’t tell you how expensive all of their readings are or that you will need to spend more. Second of all the reading was horrible. He spent more time asking me questions than actually answering any of mine. Even after I practically spoon fed him answers he still got everything wrong. This place is a joke don’t waste any of your money.

It’s been almost a year since I had my psychic reading here.I was feeling lost, and getting increasingly frustrated with being unemployed. A LivingSocial deal for the Tremont Tearoom came up on my radar, and I decided to treat myself for my birthday. Based on all the recommendations here, I tried to get an appointment with Alex, but since he wasn’t working the day I wanted to visit, I set up an appointment with Pam.It was a little unnerving to be in the same room with all the other psychics and their clients, but I quickly learned to just focus on Pam. Things she got right: – A headhunter contacted me just days after the reading. Eventually, I got hired for one of the positions for which he coordinated the interviews. She was also accurate when she predicted that things would be all right by November, as that was when I started my job. – The next person I dated did have the initials she gave me.- I did get on a plane a month after the reading.Some of her predictions never happened. Other things were only partly true: while she was right about the initials of the next guy I’d date, we aren’t together still (my choice–even though he had the right initials, I definitely didn’t think he was The One).Even though she wasn’t 100% accurate, Pam was very pleasant, and reassuring at a time when I really needed someone who didn’t really know me to tell me that everything was going to work out. It was an interesting experience, and I may try it again under the right circumstances. I’m happy to be charting my own course now, and not really doing what she foresaw, though I’m still curious to see if some of the long-term predictions she made end up coming true.

This review is about my reading – not the price or the chairs or the fact that I didn’t see tea anywhere.I am going through an interesting time in my life and was looking for answers to some BIG questions.I met with Alfred and I was impressed right away because as he was shuffling the cards one jumped out and instead of putting it back into the deck he put it on the table. That one card, the one that had so much energy at the split second it jumped out of the deck, and the discussion that flowed from it taught me more about myself and my place in the universe than I was expecting. It wasn’t a traditional tarot card reading. It was bigger than that. It was BIG. I don’t want to reveal too much but Alfred affirmed something I’ve known about myself for a long, long time but have had the courage to act upon. Today is the day I start acting upon it. I want to be clear about something: I do not take orders from readings. My reading was the tipping point that gave me the confidence I needed to start this new adventure.My only problem is that I want to go back again next week but going that often isn’t healthy. Raymond is a treasure. I have been seeing him for years now and he has truly blessing to my life. He has such a special gift and I only wish I had more free time so I could schedule visits more often. Two of my girlfriends purchased a Groupon for 30 minute readings. One of my girlfriends has been there before and just raves about it. The other was new and I just came along for support. What an experience and not a good either! We arrived on time and the receptionist was busy scheduling appointments but nice enough. First girlfriend (the one that’s been there before) was seen first by Raymond. Alex, the person scheduled to see my other girlfriend (the one that’s new to tearoom) was running a bit late so we were sitting down waiting…not a big deal at all. However when Alex did arrived a few minutes later, he went ballistic over some tealeaves being left out by Raymond while in session with my girlfriend. When I mean ballistic I mean the anger that emanated from the man was intensely directed at Raymond … mind you while in SESSION! Alex and Raymond had it out verbally in the middle of the room in front of us, to a point that we were unsure of our safety. I know everyone has a bad day or two but OMG I’ve never witness such unprofessional attitude and in such a hostile environment…it was just tealeaves! Uncalled for especially when there are clients in session and waiting. Alex announced that he is canceling his appointment today but I don’t think we were brave enough to enter if he didn’t. My girlfriend got her Groupon back to reschedule but unsure of returning. There was no note of apology from anyone in that room. We just left skeptical and horrified. Also I came to find out that Alex was the owner and overseer of the operations at Tremont … OOOH MYYY is all I got to say.

Actually I had morning appointment with her on January 1st 2022, I am sure I was first client of the year. I was just listening to recording of our session 7 months later and writing this now.I was so stressed out about upcoming court issue at that time, her reading was saying no problem at all, she repeatedly picked justice cards over and over. Eventually I was dismissed in this early summer. Anyway after the session, I was feeling much better and just I had to wait to get dismissed. She is such a down to the earth kind of person, her reading was the words exactly I needed to hear.As other reviewers mentioned, she kept asking who is initial J, D, B, R ?? , they all exist and her reading about them is very accurate and insightful, quick and helpful info. She answered to all my questions and also she could tell my forgotten life events without me mentioning at all (who died recently, about my ended marriage, health, upcoming jobs etc…) , and gave me very useful advices immediately. Incredible reasonable rate and amazing ability. I am very thankful for her service. I saw Amber almost a year ago and she was super sweet and incredibly accurate. She’s the real deal. I went to get a reading from her a year ago and just randomly listened back to the recording I took while I visited her. Amber was very accurate tarot reader and spot on. She was kind and professional. She had a calming energy about her. She predicted something that was gonna happen for me, but as time came to pass, it ended up coming true for my mom instead lol. I’ll absolutely go back to her in a few months. The ONLY thing I say is give yourself extra time before the session to find a parking spot since there isn’t a parking lot. I was panicky and stressed that I was gonna be late to my appointment and was exasperated and out of breath by the time I came to her office which obviously isn’t a good kind of energy or head space to be in for a reading. That’s no fault of her own, but just a warning for future reference. Give yourself plenty of time to find parking so you’re calm and relaxed.

I came in on a Saturday and the hostess greeted us and told us it was by appt but that I could come back on Sunday as a walk in if I like. So on Sunday I went back. I can’t think of the name of the gentleman that did by reading (though it was not the owners son), he was awesome. His voice was calm and peaceful. My daughter and I both had readings from Lori. She was wonderful! Some of the things she said to me just blew my mind! And she connected even more with my daughter. Lori is very kind, warm and just so uncanny with the way she really gets so much right. The future for my daughter and I Is very bright. I started going to Lori from 2014-2019. Once the pandemic hit, it was hard getting an appointment with her. In 2020, she had surgery but I managed to get a phone reading. Lori has always been a spot on with her predictions. The reason I kept going to her was because I needed answers. I knew something was wrong with me and I needed help. Unfortunately, Lori is not a psychic healer but only a witch. She had no ability to see all the spells my family was doing to me. Some of her predictions would happen, but then I never had peace with everything she predicted. I found myself spiritually attacked, from a school she predicted, a job, lover and an apartment. Whatever blocks/spells I had on me were stronger than what she could offer. Lori is a very positive person and will avoid any negative readings because she doesn’t want to worry or scare you. But I only wish she was more honest with me when it came to certain readings. All her predictions caused me so much stress, anxiety, depression, to an extent of forcing myself out. I remember bringing this to her attention that I was experiencing terrible things, but she still suggested that I give it another try until I couldn’t do it anymore. Too bad she couldn’t see or help with the blocks/spells that were in my way.In 2020, I cancelled my appointment because due to her surgery, she couldn’t make it and suggested that I should see Richard, to which I refused. This ended up a blessing in disguise because I ended up with 3 real psychic healers who were able to actually heal me from everything I was going through. Infact, one of them advised me to never go back to Salem psychics again because they were just witches but not healers. I wish I knew the difference then! I should never have wasted money, time and energy on Psychic witches. These 3 women changed my life and my advise to anyone planning on seeing a psychic, is to please do your research first. Know the difference between healers and witches. Witches will do magic for stuff to forcefully happen and you will never have peace with that. But psychic healers will help you more with anything to do with healing, spells and all that. But it was nice meeting Lori. That was my experience throughout the years and I thought that I could help someone out here to know the difference.

I’ve been to 20+ psychics in my life, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I also never leave reviews like this but felt this was very necessary.My boyfriend and I called Adriana and she let us know she could accommodate us for a couples psychic reading. When we got there, she told us that her coworker would be reading us and she left. Not that big of a deal, we were still excited. The woman who ended up reading us literally gave us NO specific information. All she said to me was to make 3 wishes, and she told me “yes, they will come true”. And then she told me what she sensed my energy was like and that I would have 3 kids and what their personalities would be like… That was IT!!!! No specifics, no recalling of any information past or present. When my boyfriend asked a question her response was so ridiculous we almost started laughing. It was absolutely a load of crap. The worst part is she charged us 160$ for 30 minutes of that absurd “couples” reading. I have never ever had an experience like that, and it was a complete waste of time and money. I advise you to go somewhere else!!!

I somehow got convinced to have a psychic reading with Adriana on Newbury St. I was walking down the road minding my own business and she pulled me aside and said something like, “You’re at a crossroads and I see something about career in your future.” Well, that’s pretty non-specific, but I was intrigued because I’ve been plagued by work issues and feeling like I need to make a change. She didn’t have an office, but instead had me sit on the steps of a random shop on Newbury. She answered the phone in the middle of the reading, which was incredibly unprofessional. After giving me short and pretty generic readings, she would allude to more specific stuff that she’d be happy to tell me if I paid more. I obliged one time to this “upgrade” and yeah, it got slightly more specific. She mentioned an issue with an aunt, which could apply to anyone, but definitely applies to me. She mentioned some incorrect stuff about my parents. Then she tried to bait me one more time into paying more for more information and an energy healing. I declined, paid via credit card, and left. I don’t think she was professional, and I couldn’t tell you if she’s the real deal or not. I’ve had infinitely better readings in the past.

I randomly received a gift card for this place, and was intrigued at the prospect of a palm reading. Adriana’s reading was spot-on and incredibly specific. Although the results of the reading are to be kept confidential, she left me with some realistic call-to-actions relative to my current situation and future prospects. Adriana is the real deal! Received a tarot card reading from her about a year ago and I still can’t stop thinking about it. (Sorry for not reviewing sooner!) I was skeptical, but open minded when I walked in, and I actually was brought to tears during my reading. My friend had a reading after mine and we couldn’t get over how spot on everything was for each of us. Going to get another reading soon!

JUST A BUNCH OF CHICKS SITTIN’ AROUND TALKIN’…Regina’s Tea Room is not a spooky version of the Munster’s living room with dusty shawls covering dim lamps and suspicious glassware masquerading as crystal balls. Regina’s is not a darkened cavern with ghostly sounds seemingly rising from the bowels of the building. Regina’s IS a well-lit home with rays of sunlight peeking through the windows and casting blobs of color across the round cafe tables and chairs where customers sip lemonade and tea as they peruse the “menu” of a multitude of services offered since 1973.The atmosphere is calm and soothing. The building is an old home with a kitchen and a bathroom that even houses a tub, very cool vibe. There is a short wait and then you are introduced to your reader.My sister and I each had a 15 minute private Spirit Reading (as we are known nuts who can laugh or cry at the drop of a Red Sox baseball cap) and I can only say that our recent spate of sad events came to the surface in each of our private readings with no prompting from either of us. Details of certain messages designated for us from the departed were received and discussed. As folks who have employed psychics before, each of us had a interesting and on point experience – again – without prompting the readers.Our readers were both enthusiastic about their jobs and our lives. Great customer service in every way.Folks, be realistic. A psychic or card reading is what you allow it to be. If you close yourself off and “dare’ the reader to tell you something, you’ve wasted his or her time and your money. But if you believe there is more to life and death than meets the eye, Regina’s is a good place to stop in, close the door and open your mind.You will be pleasantly surprised.

My cousin took me here Tuesday July 19,2022 for my Birthday.I was referred to a Kathy, she said absolutely nothing as to what is going on in my life. She asked too many questions and talked about her friends.I didn’t realize you could remove yourself from her reading.Very disappointing and waste of $40.

2 people recommended this place to me and told me how great it was , I will never take their suggestion again! I have gone 2 times to give it a chance, what a mistake! The first time the young girl I had told me if she could not help me she would suggest I go to another person there! I did and what a terrible reading! I could do a better job! She asked me questions that she could pull info by putting things together! The second time the reader told me my spirit guide said I knew who it was and that was my reading! Go somewhere else! My son went and the person could not wreck him how long the wait was! Poor customer service!

Dropped by as I hadn’t been in quite a while. My “psychic” was Chrissy. I use the term psychic loosely as my reading was atrocious. I had to coax her along as she was constantly stumbling and at a loss for words (or direction from the universe, or whatever). I have had other satisfactory reading in the past, so will return but next time I’ll make an appointment with someone qualified. This one was a complete waste of $$.

Been to Regina’s twice so far I’m still in shock! If you’re a first timer or skeptical don’t be , upon entering the receptionist will greet you take you to your seat ask what would you like to drink free of charge. Read through the menu and see what kind of package you would like, so far I’ve done the 15 min my reader was spot on to the point where I returned for a second reading 30 minutes. Yes I understand not everyone’s readings are spot on but maybe next time kindly ask the receptionist to give you their best physic they have you’ll be surprised! At the end of every reading apon checking out they will give you a punch card , dont lose it keep it every 12 stamps you will receive $22 OFF a reading of your choice. Auras & Astrology charts excluded.

This is the very best New Age shop around.I have been coming to this place for 18 years and I always have a great experience every single time I go. It is a very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful New Age music that you will hear right when you walk through the front door.The staff at the front desk and throughout the store are always very pleasant and helpful.There is a very good selection of New Age products here. You will find healing stones, candles, books, herbs, oracle decks, tarot decks, gongs, singing bowls, clothing, aromatherapy items, jewelry, natural bath products, incense and much more.I am always amazed at how many items that they carry here and one of the things that I love about this place is that you can spend over an hour exploring just one corner of the store and you still haven’t seen it all. That is how great the product variety is.They also have some very nice gift items such as greeting cards, coffee mugs, magnets, tote bags, home decor items and so forth. If you’re looking to wrap your gifts straightaway they also carry gift wrapping supplies such as gift bags and wrapping paper. If you want a greeting card to include with the gift, their greeting cards are some of the most beautiful you will ever see.If you like tarot readings they offer them here. If you are unable to get to the store you can also arrange for a telephone reading.There are also healing services such as Reiki offered here. As the Geico gecko says, “15 minutes could save you at least 15% or more on life ‘assurance’ 🙂 That’s how I felt after Brion’s 15-minute psychic phone reading! I had been plagued by a relationship for 1.5 years by a man who was extremely emotionally abusive and I couldn’t stop thinking about and caring for him. Like two two-month long energy protection classes and 30 psychics I saw for this relationship, Brion saw the same things in him and more. I didn’t tell Brion anything about him and he knew that he had a bad temper, was gaslighting me, and it’d only be safe to talk to him in public. He was right. Unlike some psychics, he:- Kindly steered me away from even being friends with this person, which I already knew deep in my broken heart that is the safest thing for me. – Gave me new tips on how to protect myself.- Lives up to his bio: During the readings if you have any questions, need to go back over something or want to change direction of the reading, just step in, and let me know. It is your reading and I want you to have the best possible experience. The more questions the better.”No other lower-cost psychics I knew of were available the day after Christmas except at Open Doors. I’m so grateful that I was able to get an appointment and talk to Brion within five minutes of booking. What a lifeline!

Called this store last week to check availability of salt lamps and was told yes they do have them in stock. When I asked the sales person (Alana) that answered the phone if they were authentic and not “fake”, the response I got was “well that’s a silly question”. Well guess what ALANA? It is NOT a silly question, as anyone who is familiar with salt lamps and their benefits knows. So typical in today’s environment that customer service people do not know the products they are selling, don’t care and basically are just not good at their job. Not to mention that ANYONE in a customer service position should EVER respond to a potential customer that way. It’s unfortunate that I needed the lamp right away for a newborn and couldn’t wait to order from another source. Will NEVER EVER return to this store. Very negative energy flowing throughout.

I had a reading, which was really lovely, hence the two stars. TLDR; they wouldn’t exchange a defective, unlightable candle, which I attempted to exchange within less than a week of purchase. My advice: go in for a reading; be wary of product purchase. Now here’s the BUT, I bought a candle (on a Friday) which didn’t stay lit. I’d say that is a defective product. I spoke with someone by phone (on that Sunday) that said I may be able to exchange it if I bring it in. I brought it in (on that Tuesday). The person at the counter looked at it and said that if I dug around the wick I might be able to get it to light again, but they wouldn’t exchange it for me.Even though, according to MA law, “Defective merchandise must be accepted for return, regardless of any policy, and you must be given the option of a repair, replacement item or refund of the price”. I called the following day (Wednesday: still less than a week of purchase), to see if I might talk to someone who could help me exchange my item and they told me that they MIGHT be able to exchange it once they test the product, but only if I brought it in that day. And also that they don’t manufacture the candle so they aren’t responsible for its quality (paraphrased). Being unable to go in that day, am I stuck with a defective, unlightable candle or being oh-so-very-Karenesque? Both? Lol.

I am in general very disappointed with Open Doors as it has become over the years. It was much better eight years ago. I find some of the staff can be jealous if each other and have negative energy when you walk through the door or over the phone. The staff can also be petty and narrow minded. A basic psychic or someone who reads the Akashic Records should have more humility. Only a Master Teacher understands the significance of the Akashic Records. Just because some has psychic abilities does not mean that they are highly spiritually evolved. A lesson well learned. Yet so disappointed.

I had such a wonderful experience at this shop! The stores location is easily accessible. When you walk in you instantly feel transported to a place that’s safe from the outside world. I was so impressed by their inventory. I go to spiritual shops all the time all over the world and this was by far one of my favorites. When you walk in they have all of their Oracle cards, they have safe sprays and oils. They had crystal and chakra oils. They also had attraction spray which I just had to pick up. This location has an abundance of beautiful crystals on display. They have tumbled stones and raw stones. I was most impressed by the price! This place is one of the most reasonably priced stores I have ever visited. They also offer classes and tarot readings. I believe mediumship is also done at this location. If you are just starting out or want to know more about occult practices this is a great place to begin. Also the woman at the counter was extremely nice and helpful! She even threw in a few crystal chips for me. I am so happy I got to come in! I will visit again when I am back in town!

Wow where do I begin I am in love with this store!!!Such a hidden gem. I walked in greeted by the owner, he was super friendly and welcoming to me and my son who is 4 (most shop owners to this type of store do not like small children in the store Bc of all the fragile items etc.) I was looking for some new stones and he had everything and more that I could even imagine. I am so happy I went in he even gifted my son a stone for his good behavior. It was a very personal experience and my new spot for all my spiritual needs.

Laura is so knowledgeable and a personable, friendly expert in astrology, tarot and energy healing. I’ve always wanted to have my birth chart read so I made an appointment to do that with her. Laura met with me after I had surgery and my body was recovering from trauma. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the session by asking me thoughtful upfront questions about what my body was experiencing and also explained what to expect prior to beginning so there was a complete understanding of the healing process. When Laura gave me a reading last summer I was enthusiastic but skeptical. She was very insightful about so many things about me, but one point that really surprised me was a prediction that money would start to become easier for me. Money has been a big struggle, so I was unsure about how that would happen. She predicted that 2018 would be easier and that in 14 months there would be a lot more financial momentum. I had no idea how such a crazy thing would be possible. Well miraculously, I recently got an awesome new job! It is part-time with benefits in a non-toxic environment with wonderful co-workers and non-hierarchical structure – it is aligned with my values and is actually fun! My job allows me time to continue my career as an artist. I have been awarded two grants for upcoming art projects. I feel so pleasantly surprised and relieved. Laura had some good advise for me about how to direct my energy for personal growth that was very helpful. She is very wise and hilarious and I appreciate her gentle straightforwardness. I look forward to doing another reading with Laura.

I had a session with Pamela today and it was really wonderful. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this, but was open to the experience. I got a lot more out of it than I anticipated. The things she knew and sensed about my mother’s life ended up being spot on and opened up a dialogue between she and I that had been lacking before. I plan on doing another session soon and appreciate her warmth and understanding through my first read. I highly recommend her! Pamela is one of the most talented gifted mediums I have come across. After my boyfriend passed away with no answers to why, I was determined to find answers and to get “proof” of an afterlife. I had Pamela over for a psychic reading party for 8 ladies at my house a few weeks ago. We all absolutely loved our readings and though Pamela was so personable. She told my aunt that she was having a hard time reading her that night and apologized many times and refunded her money other than just making something up. Pamela was a great choice and I would highly recommend her.

Last weekend I had an amazing group reading with Pam! She almost immediately connected with my deceased dad, and knew things about him, me, and my family that she couldn’t have guessed! I’ve had at least 4 readings with Pam in the past 10 years and she is one of the best psychic/mediums I have gotten a reading from. As a person who has taken a mediumship course, advanced spiritual development classes, and other healing courses, I know many psychic/mediums of varying abilities. Pam is one of the best I’ve come across. Just a short example of Pam’s abilities is when I went to her after I left my fiance. I didn’t tell her anything, she knew things about him that I suspected. She also said, out of the blue, “Does Savannah ever come up for you?” What she didn’t know was that I was considering moving to Savannah and did move there a year later. In the same reading, she also suggested a movie that would help with an issue of mine. It was so funny because I had never heard of this movie before, but my friend Chris was bringing the movie she suggested to my house the very next day for us to watch. She also spoke with my grandfather who basically told me that I’d have to be the one in the family to take over the holidays, which made no sense at the time because my grandma was alive. She passed, very unexpectedly at a young age, a few months later. There are many examples I could give, but I don’t have enough room to type. I’ve always had psychic abilities myself, and I’ve been going to mediums for years to confirm my own feelings about situations in my life. Very few are as gifted as Pam! She has helped me a lot.
